Payment and Fees

We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans and financing.

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we generate documents to provide to your insurance carrier so you can seek reimbursement. Services are often eligible for out-of-network reimbursement, so please check with your insurance company.

Evaluation fees vary based on the complexity of the presenting problems, time for testing, and measures that are administered. Comprehensive evaluations typically range from $1,900 to $2,750.  Our office can provide a specific quote based on needs of your case.

You should contact your insurance carrier prior to services to find out what mental health benefits are available to you through your plan for out of network providers.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychological services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. You will receive a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
